Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the U.S. for an excellent customer experience.

 

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:


Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging.  All orders are sent out within 24 business hours.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our store to the destination.  Orders are processed and shipped and leaving the warehouse, to the selected carrier.  Once the carrier has been notified to pick up the package, you are also notified by text or email with tracking information, from there you will receive your Jubi between 1 and 5 days based on the option you selected for a seamless and easy experience.
